A large supplier of vending machines in North America, the key request was a global expansion and consolidation of their payment strategy across NA, EMEA & LATM with a single acquirer process.

Background of Business Problem

Our Approach & Solution

Designed a global payment strategy for both Card Present and Card Not Present transaction.

Performed a due-diligence with old processor data & migrated the merchant data to new processor.

Designed alternate method of payment strategy to accept leading payment methods like venmo, paypal & EBT transaction.

Designed mobile sdk to integrate the payment methods to their omnichannel solution.

Developed a reusable integration layer to orchestrate the payload to the targeted gateway.

Implemented North America payment gateway integration to route transaction from 1 Million kiosk.

Worked with cross functional teams in scaling up the transaction volume to support 1200 TPS.

Testing services were expanded to cover Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance & Security testing which includes terminal & server testing scope.

Post-production support team was implemented for 6 months to monitor the transaction volume, service logs, server performance.

Business Outcomes

Highly scalable, customizable and configurable gateway integration component was developed to translate payload to regional payment gateway spec.

Worked with global product, solution & technology team for Go-to-Market Strategy

Worked with kiosk vendors, terminal OEM, gateway teams in designing the solution.

Provided domain and functional support for expansion in regions (USA and Canada, LATM and EMEA), along with localization features.
