A: Our Return to Office initiative balances remote work with essential in-office collaboration. We have improved productivity and met deadlines by implementing clear communication using collaborative tools, and flexible management. Recruiting new talent remains a challenge, especially as many candidates now have the option to work fully remote. We are fostering greater employee engagement in the office, and we’re seeing increased cooperation from our associates as they embrace the hybrid work model.
A: Employee engagement is a top priority at Infinite, which is why we have introduced initiatives like Webinars for knowledge-sharing, Coffee with Leaders for direct dialogue, Hackathons to foster innovation, and the Infinite Edge Program for continuous learning & skill development. We prioritize regular, transparent communication across all teams, through offline/online townhalls, dedicated teams’ channels and collaborative tools to ensure seamless communication.
